I have the Cubs beating the Mets and the Dodgers/Phillies series up for grabs and the Cubs beating whoever they play.

GrantGrant Schillerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11297866011498046377noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20351809.post-81305868696588196012008-09-14T08:03:00.001-05:002008-09-14T08:03:00.001-05:00I forgot to mention that I do HOPE you are right a...I forgot to mention that I do HOPE you are right about the Astros. I would love to see them sneak up and win everything.Ken Pittmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03073007524692100158noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20351809.post-65734476196033963502008-09-14T08:03:00.000-05:002008-09-14T08:03:00.000-05:00Wow Grant - that's some bold predictions. It could happen, but I couldn't make myself predict it. I could see the BrewCrew losing their grip on the wild card, but even if they did (which I think is about 50-50), it's only about 50-50 that the Astros would get in over the Phillies in my mind.

I think the Cubs will beat the Dodgers (or the Phillies if they squeak in).

I think the BrewCrew/Astros/Dodgers will beat the Mets.

I like the Cubs for the NL champs. I know they've been cool lately, but they have the best pitching.

I agree with you on the Angels winning it all. They are simply the best all-around team in baseball right now.Ken Pittmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03073007524692100158noreply@blogger.com
